As a younger person, Vicky never imagined she would one day become a nurse — it always felt like an unachievable dream. Yet, as she moved through school and college, it became clear that nursing was the only career she truly wanted to pursue. To make that dream a reality, she funded her university studies through property development, qualifying in 2005 as a Registered General Nurse.
Her early career took her across Intensive Care, Surgical Units, and Theatres, where she had the privilege of working alongside some of the most skilled and compassionate Nurses, Anaesthetists, and Consultants in the NHS. Growing up in a family that valued education and curiosity, Vicky was always encouraged to ask questions and seek understanding — traits that naturally guided her toward teaching and leadership roles, particularly within Infection Prevention and Control (IPC).
During the Swine Flu pandemic, her role in IPC became pivotal and transformative. Working closely with CQC inspectors, she learned how to assess environments for compliance and safety — her first step into the world of consultancy and governance. From that point forward, her passion evolved from simply working in healthcare to helping shape and improve it.
While Vicky continues to maintain her clinical skills, her greatest strengths now lie in developing, repairing, and supporting healthcare services — ensuring they are safe, compliant, and sustainable. Over the years, she has led the successful establishment of six private hospitals and clinics from the ground up and is currently overseeing the development of three more across the UK.
When she is not immersed in work, life revolves around her family and their little menagerie — her husband, two teenage sons, their six-year-old Horsefield tortoise, and a five-year-old Patterdale terrier who keeps everyone on their toes. She loves the outdoors — camping, walking, and cooking (though admittedly, she prefers the eating part).

At Clinivi, we pride ourselves on the people behind the service — individuals who bring not just skill and knowledge, but genuine commitment to everything they do. One of those individuals is Daniel Edwards, whose energy, focus, and unwavering drive make him an invaluable part of the Clinivi team.
From an early age, Daniel’s curiosity for how things work and his determination to excel set him apart. Whether it was exploring the mechanics of an engine, learning a new language, or mastering his craft in the gym, Daniel has always approached life with a blend of structure and enthusiasm that naturally lends itself to great administration and dependable teamwork.
In his role supporting Clinivi’s operations, Daniel demonstrates an impressive ability to stay organised and proactive. He is methodical and precise — whether he’s formatting policies, managing key documents, or assisting with internal governance processes. His background in business and law has sharpened his understanding of detail and regulation, which he brings daily to the fast-moving world of healthcare compliance and consultancy.
But what truly defines Daniel is his discipline and self-leadership. As an accomplished athlete and international weightlifting champion, Daniel knows what it takes to push limits — not just physically, but mentally. The same attributes that earned him gold medals on the world stage are evident in his professional life: resilience, time management, and a deep sense of responsibility.
Outside of work, Daniel’s interests reveal a mind that never stops learning. From teaching himself guitar to exploring languages and cultures, from kart racing to aviation, he brings curiosity and creativity to everything he does. It’s this open-mindedness and passion for continuous growth that make him such a dynamic fit for Clinivi — a business built on progress, precision, and people.
At his core, Daniel thrives on purpose. Whether supporting compliance projects, developing administrative systems, or helping the team deliver seamless client service, he brings quiet determination and pride to his work. His ability to balance professionalism with a genuine sense of care mirrors Clinivi’s own values — committed, capable, and always striving for excellence.
Daniel Edwards isn’t just part of the team; he’s part of what makes Clinivi work.
At Clinivi, we believe that talent is not defined by age, but by attitude — and Callum embodies that belief perfectly. As our Business Administration Apprentice, Callum brings maturity, motivation, and creativity well beyond his years, balancing professional focus with a refreshing enthusiasm for learning and growth.
Currently excelling in his college studies, Callum is already an integral part of the Clinivi team. Working as PA to the company directors, he plays a key role in the smooth running of the business — managing diaries, organising company expenses and receipts, refining client documents, and supporting our ongoing projects with professionalism and precision. He’s also the creative energy behind many of our social media campaigns, helping Clinivi reach new audiences, generate leads, and strengthen engagement across our platforms.
A particularly exciting area of Callum’s work is his contribution to Clinivi’s new online training programme, where he’s helping design and structure content that will support healthcare professionals across the UK. His ability to take initiative, spot details others might miss, and bring fresh ideas to the table makes him a real asset to both the directors and the wider team.
Callum’s reliability and timekeeping are exceptional — qualities that have clearly been shaped by his years as an accomplished junior athlete. Competing in Kettlebell Sport, Callum has shown impressive physical strength, endurance, and focus, earning local, national, and world medals along the way. That same discipline and perseverance shine through in his professional life: he’s a completer-finisher, someone who takes pride in seeing every task through to the end with care and accuracy.
Beyond the workplace, Callum is full of personality and passion. He’s creative and social, enjoys gaming and chatting with friends, and has a love for music that keeps him energised. A lifelong animal lover, he cares deeply for his pets and hopes to one day move to Canada, where he dreams of combining his business skills with his passion for working with both people and animals.
Sport has always played a big part in his life — from years spent playing football in local teams to adventurous ski trips abroad. He’s also something of a foodie, always up for trying new dishes (though vegetables remain firmly off his favourites list!).
Callum’s mix of curiosity, creativity, and conscientiousness makes him a natural fit for Clinivi’s forward-thinking team. His enthusiasm for learning and improving — coupled with his strong sense of responsibility — reflects the very heart of our organisation: a balance of professionalism, innovation, and purpose.
At just 16, Callum is already making a tangible difference — and with his drive, imagination, and work ethic, his future in business administration looks exceptionally bright.
